The FORCE ONE TX Forestry Mulcher has been specifically designed to tackle the toughest forestry tasks: the mulching of logs, branches, and brambles for the cleaning and maintenance of woodlands, roadsides, riverbanks, and green areas in general.
The Force One Mulcher utilizes a variable displacement piston motor, which enables high-intensity work cycles by optimizing the hydraulic performance of the carrier machine and transferring maximum available power to the rotor.
It can be equipped with various types of tools depending on the specific application.
The front and rear hoods—operable via a mechanical or hydraulic system (optional)—enhance the mulcher’s efficiency, allowing it to effortlessly handle large trees and shrubs.
The circuits and the hydraulic motor are cooled by a forced ventilation system driven directly by the rotor. This forced air exchange helps maintain a constant oil temperature.
Extremely robust structure: The reinforced chassis of the forestry mulcher head protects the equipment from accidental impacts, ensuring reliability even in the most demanding operating conditions.
Automatic Cooling System
Both the circuits and the hydraulic motor are cooled by a forced ventilation cooling system driven by the rotor. The forced airflow helps to keep the oil temperature constant.
Durability
The reinforced body with double bottom guarantees high resistance against accidental shocks and twisting movements.
Extreme Conditions
Mechanically or hydraulically (optional) opened, the front and rear hoods allow to make the most of the rotor’s power, for effectively mulching large size trunks.
