Information about Internet of Things technology
Cangini supports the introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies in its X-plane laser dozer blade equipped with IoT (Internet of Things) system. This attachment qualifies for Industry 4.0 because:
- It has a system that controls automation of the machinery and the transfer of data
- It has automated integration with a Cloud system, which provides a daily report on the attachment’s operation
- it has a user-friendly control console
- it meets all safety parameters since it is CE certified
- it has maintenance alert, remote diagnosis and remote control systems

The control box is the key to this system: installed on the dozer blade, it automatically collects the operating data to provide a complete, updated, real-time view of the attachment’s operation: working hours, position, mode of use (automatic or manual) and diagnostics.
Via the Cloud system, Cangini supplies remote assistance to correct and improve the blade’s operating parameters.
The system provides alerts (also via email) when routine maintenance is required. In case of theft, automatic use of the attachment can be locked out.
