PURPOSES<\/b><\/p>

The data are stored in a database solely for the following purpose: the examination of your application to become a Cangini Benne s.r.l. dealer. Statistical surveys may be performed on the data you contribute. The foundation of the legal basis is contractual or precontractual requirements under art. 6 para 1 point b) of the GDPR. The categories of data processed are: personal data collected directly from the data subject.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PROCESSING PROCEDURES<\/b><\/p>

For the aforesaid purposes, personal data are processed with the aid of paper and IT tools using procedures strictly correlated to the above purposes, and in all cases in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data and full legal compliance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

DISCLOSURE<\/b><\/p>

The recipients or possible categories of recipients are: self-employed workers employed by our company, who are designated as external Data Processors. Data will not be disseminated. Within our company, they will only come to the knowledge of the employees and associates we have assigned to process them. Data may be transferred outside the EU or to an international organisation in compliance with the relevant legal requirements, further to signing of the standard contract clauses required by the European Commission, and notification of data subjects if necessary.<\/p>

DATA STORAGE PERIOD<\/b><\/p>

The storage period of personal data contained in the databases regarding potential Dealers will be limited to the fulfilment of the aforesaid purpose and in all cases will not exceed 24 months after the contribution of the personal data. The data contributed may undergo further processing if an employment relationship is established with the data subject, as stated in the Cangini Benne s.r.l. privacy policy.<\/p>
