Our next-generation VMS Multiscreening bucket, thanks to the patented screening system, allows choice and management of the screening size directly from the cab.
The two rotary drums on each other: controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, the inner drum’s movement allows to change the size of the holes for material screening. This feature guarantees excellent versatility to the bucket.
No need to replace any mechanical part of the screening bucket, no machine-down time, no need for personnel on the ground close to the equipment.
Our Multiscreening Bucket for excavators and backhoes up to 35 ton, thanks to the new double rotary drum in HB400, allows for real-time selection of the screening size from 25 to 65 mm, through the hydraulically controlled screening size variation system.
Ideal for screening rubble from demolition, from trench infills and from the clearing of stony ground, the Cangini screening bucket enables material to be recovered and managed directly on site, increasing the job’s productivity and economic returns.

The Cangini V series screening bucket is equipped with a patented system that allows quick replacement of the screening unit, without intervening on the transmission unit. This allows time and cost optimization.
Ideal for selecting and screening organic material, the Cangini front screening bucket enables material to be recovered and managed directly on site, increasing the job’s productivity and economic returns.
The screening operation is carried out by a hydraulic screening unit equipped with rotating HB400 knives.
The size of the screened material can range from 0 to 20 mm and from 0 to 35 mm with a standard setup. Customized shafts can be also supplied.
4 models are available, and they can be coupled to skid and mini skid loaders, skid steers, backhoes and telehandlers.
Mainly used in the screening and recycling industries, it is also suitable for the horticultural sector, for mixing soil and peat, for cleaning and reclamation of fields, or to cover drainage channels with materials resulting from digging works.

REDUCED MAINTENANCE TIME AND COSTS

Thanks to the patented system, it is possible to replace shafts quickly and change the screened material size, without intervening on the transmission unit.

RESISTANCE

All knives are made in HB400 steel, much more resistant than standard construction steel. Therefore, the equipment is robust and durable.

LONG WORK LIFE

The shock-proof valve protects the motor against pressure peaks occurring during work, guaranteeing a long work life to the equipment.

The SP wood grapple is designed without guards at the clamps’ ends: this feature makes it particularly fit suitable for log handling and loading, branch handling and chipper feeding.

TLog handling requires strong tools, which support the operator in his work and guarantee efficient, quick and clean performance.
Built with high-resistant materials, the Cangini SP wood Grapple offers the operational and safety features needed for this kind of operations.
The high quality of the material used, particularly tough, stable Domex 700 steel, provides outstanding operational reliability, high breaking strength and excellent durability.
The shape of the clamps allows a clean collection of the material and excellent compaction, thus increasing the loading capacity.
Its 360° hydraulic rotation efficiently assists the operator in the gripping phase, speeding up and optimizing the operation.
Suitable for the forestry and agricultural sectors, the log grapple can be equipped with two different rotors, according to the needs and type of work to be carried out: standard hydraulic 360° shaft rotor is mounted on grapples for machines up to 7 tons having to endure a substantial work load. The flanged hydraulic 360° rotor guarantees even more resistance and compacting capacity, making the grapple suitable for even the toughest works. This grapple version can be mounted on machines up to 16 tons.

SAFETY

A check valve is fitted as standard equipment on the clamp-closing cylinder, assuring a high safety level.

In case of pressure loss on the hydraulic line that operates their movement, clamps remain in a locked position.
