Suitable for the forestry and agricultural sectors, the log grapple can be equipped with two different rotors, according to the needs and type of work to be carried out: standard hydraulic 360° shaft rotor is mounted on grapples for machines up to 7 tons having to endure a substantial work load. The flanged hydraulic 360° rotor guarantees even more resistance and compacting capacity, making the grapple suitable for even the toughest works. This grapple version can be mounted on machines up to 16 tons.

The forestry rotor R2 with retracting hammers is suitable for cutting shrubs, bushes and briars.

The rotor R3 is highly versatile and suitable for multiple uses from cutting brushwood to crushing trees.

The power of the different rotors can be better exploited thanks to the presence of back and front opening hoods.

The great resistance of the forestry mulcher is guaranteed by its reinforced body.

Another feature that makes this equipment extraordinary is the forced ventilation operated directly from the rotor, which allows the cooling of circuits and of the hydraulic motor, in order to keep oil temperature constant.

Automatic Cooling System

Both the circuits and the hydraulic motor are cooled by a forced ventilation cooling system driven by the rotor. The forced airflow helps to keep the oil temperature constant.

Durability

The reinforced body with double bottom guarantees high resistance against accidental shocks and twisting movements.

Extreme Conditions

Mechanically or hydraulically (optional) opened, the front and rear hoods allow to make the most of the rotor’s power, for effectively mulching large size trunks.

Designed to handle a variety of materials, exceptionally wear-resistant and long-lasting, the Cangini sorting grapple is constructed in hardwearing steel.

Thanks to its great clamping force and high operational agility, the sorting grapple is especially designed for recycling centres, to sort and handle aggregates, iron or waste materials.

Versatile, it is particularly useful on those sites that need to handle a variety of materials in short times. The Cangini sorting grapple can be fitted with a large assortment of accessories: side closing, with or without teeth, which increases its load capacity for a more effective grip on stones and timber, teeth for a precise gripping of bulk material, rubber bumpers for safe handling of concrete curbs.

Thanks to its particularly rugged structure, it can also safely and reliably tackle light-duty demolition jobs.

High-Performing

Bidirectional hydraulic rotation featured on all models: with hydraulic rotor on 100PF and 150PF models; with slewring on 200PF, 250PF, 300PF, 300PG, 450PF, 450PG, 550PF and 550PG models.

RESISTANCE

High resistance guaranteed thanks to the use of high-strength steels for the construction of parts most exposed to wear. Pins, in 39NiCrMo3 streel, undergo thermal hardening (60 HRC), while bushings are cemented.

Long Working Life

The flanged relief valve protects the engine against the pressure peaks and it is a standard feature on all models.
